What is House of Harrell?

House of Harrell is a jewelry house founded by a mother and built alongside her three daughters.

We curate elevated everyday jewelry designed to make getting dressed feel complete. Pieces you can live in. Pieces you don’t have to overthink.

What materials do you use?

Our pieces are crafted with a high-quality 304 or 316L premium stainless steel base and finished in either 14K or 18K gold using a process known as Physical Vapor Deposition. Also known as PVD, for short.

This makes our pieces more durable, longer-wearing, and more resistant to fading than traditional fashion jewelry.

Material specifications may vary slightly by style and collection.

What is PVD?

PVD stands for Physical Vapor Deposition.

It’s a modern coating process used to bond gold to stainless steel more durably than traditional gold plating methods.

The result is jewelry that is more resistant to fading and everyday wear while while maintaining a rich gold finish designed for everyday life.

Is your jewelry waterproof?

Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear and is water-resistant.

That said, we still recommend avoiding harsh chemicals, perfumes, and prolonged exposure to pools or saltwater to help preserve the finish over time.

Will the jewelry tarnish?

Our pieces are made to be long-wearing and fade-resistant with proper care.

Like all jewelry, longevity depends on wear habits, storage, skin chemistry, and exposure to products or moisture.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Our jewelry is made with stainless steel, which is generally considered more suitable for sensitive skin than many traditional fashion jewelry metals.

However, sensitivities can vary from person to person.

How often do you restock?

Most House of Harrell pieces release through limited drops.

Once a piece sells out, it may not return.

Some styles may restock in future collections, but we never guarantee availability.

When does my order ship?

Most orders ship within 3–14 business days.

Many of our drops are produced in limited quantities or made-to-order to maintain quality and intentional production.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes.

We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.

Do you ship internationally?

We primarily ship within the United States, but we also ship internationally to select countries.

Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Because many of our pieces are prepared specifically for each drop, orders begin processing quickly.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your pieces.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn and returned in their original packaging. If something isn’t right for you, no problem.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and custom or personalized items are final sale.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
