Limited Drop Fulfillment
Orders begin processing once a drop closes.
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing before shipment.
House of Harrell releases jewelry in limited quantities rather than mass-producing inventory. Because of this, some orders may require additional processing time.
In rare cases, high-demand pieces may require additional processing time. If this occurs, we will contact you with an updated shipping estimate.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75
- Free shipping on all international orders over $125
- Shipping rates for orders below these thresholds are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method
Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We ship via a mix of carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. After processing, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
- Economy Shipping: 2-8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, holidays or periods of unusually high order volume.
International Shipping We ship worldwide! International delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT or import fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress directly with the carrier.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@theHouseofHarrell.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
